Before joining NTAM, he was Managing Director in Aspenwood Capital, an asset management company licensed for SFC type 4 and type 9 regulated activities. His duties in Aspenwood included supervision of investment advisory to clients and client relationship management. Prior to that, he was Jade Director in HSBC, giving investment advisory to private clients and managing long-term relationship with them. Jimmy was the best High Net Worth Wealth Manager awarded from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers in 2018. Jimmy holds Bachelor of Economics from Chinese University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Law from University of London.

Cathy Lau is the Chairman of Greater China & Managing Partner of NTAM. She is responsible for business development, client relationship and portfolio management. She has extensive network in banking and financial industry globally. Andy Choi is the Managing Partner of NTAM. He is responsible for client relationship and portfolio management. Before joining NTAM, Andy was Executive Director in HSBC and managed a team of Jade directors. He has over 11 years experience in Bank Industry, with expertise on Investment, portfolio management and Legacy planning. He managed over USD 1 billion diverse portfolio for high net worth clients with different nationality. Andy holds Master of commerce in finance from Deakin University in Australia.

Rae Zhang is the Managing Partner and Executive President of Greater China. With over 12 years of experience in the banking industry, she has extensive expertise in areas such as asset preservation, wealth inheritance and cross-border asset allocation. She possesses profound knowledge in domestic and international large-amount insurance policies and family trust businesses.

She will be responsible for the Greater China business in Hong Kong and Singapore, assisting the Group President in formulating and adjusting the medium- to long-term development strategies and annual operational plans for the Greater China region, as well as overseeing their implementation and supervision. She will focus on expanding the asset management scale by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients to achieve regional revenue growth and profit targets.

Prior to joining Nice Talent, Rae Zhang served as a Client Director at HSBC Jade. She managed a diversified investment portfolio exceeding RMB 5 billion, serving high-net-worth clients from the Greater China region. Rae was being named HSBC’s Global Circle of Excellence (COE) Champion (2020), honor of HSBC’s South Asia and China Regional Role Model ERM (2023) and earning seven consecutive nominations (2017–2023) for this prestigious performance award. Before joining NTAM, Emma was the Branch Manager of HSBC Bank (China), where she managed a team of relationship managers, one of the top-performing teams in the bank. She has an extensive network in the global banking and finance industry. Emma holds a Master of Finance from Queen's University in Canada.

Miu is the Partner of NTAM. He has been working in the financial sector for over 12 years. He is responsible for client relationship and portfolio management. Before joining NTAM, Miu was Jade director in HSBC. He has over 10 years of experience in high net worth client portfolio management, legacy planning and providing investment advisory. He is adept at managing portfolio for customers in China, HK and Taiwan. Miu holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. Will Wong as a senior partner at Nice Talent Asset Management, he specializes in delivering global asset allocation and wealth inheritance solutions for high-net-worth clients. Before assuming his current role, he spent over 20 years at HSBC Banking Group, where he held various positions, including Branch Manager, Director of private banking, and senior training manager for the Asia Pacific region. He managed a cross-departmental team of more than 50 individuals, spearheaded the development of customer service standards for private banking in Greater China, established a training curriculum and successfully nurtured over 100 wealth management professionals. Cherry was awarded Bronze prize with profession in managing High Net Worth customer portfolio from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers in 2018.

Gigi Chan is the Partner of NTAM. She is responsible for client relationship and portfolio management. Before joining NTAM, she was Jade Director in HSBC. She has over 15 years of experience in banking and financial industry. She managed senior managements from Global Banking and maintained strong relationship with key persons of listed corporations. Nelson Ngan is the Head of Investment in NTAM. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining NTAM, Nelson spent almost 12 years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he served as an Executive Director and Investment Specialist. He mainly provided portfolio management and investment advisory services to ultra high net worth clients. Prior to that, he worked in HSBC Private Bank as a FX Advisor. Nelson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Victor Choi is the Chief Investment Officer of NTAM. He has been in the wealth management industry for over 20 years. He was one of the founding executives of Carret Private established in 2016 – a leading multi-family office in Asia. Prior to that, he spent most of his banking career working for Banque Indosuez between Year 2005 and 2015 in which he managed the Bank’s product and investment platform as the Head of Markets and Investment Solutions in Asia. He was also the Asia Head of FX Advisory team in his early years at the bank.During his early banking career, Mr. Choi was a Treasury Consultant with Citibank N.A and a proprietary FX Trader at Wachovia Bank N.A in both Hong Kong and the U.S.Victor is a CFA charter holder and is a graduate of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Kevin Chau is the Investment Director of NTAM. He is responsible for investment advisory and developing investment trading strategy. Before joining NTAM, Kevin worked in fixed income advisory team in Bank Julius Baer and Equity research team in Nomura where he acquired extensive knowledge in conducting fundamental investment research in both equities and fixed income space. Kevin was also an assistant trader in Aspenwood Capital Limited, an asset management company licensed for SFC type 4 and 9 regulated activities. His duties in Aspenwood included executing client orders in FX and FX options. He also had experience in providing investment advisory services to clients. Kevin holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HKUST.

Nathan Wong serves as the Assistant General Manager and Senior Investment Manager at NTAM, where he has been one of the key contributor to the firm’s success over the past 5 years. He oversees the company's end-to-end External Asset Management (EAM) business and reports directly to the CEO and General Manager. In addition to his executive leadership, Nathan provides discretionary portfolio management services and leads internal product training for partners and staff. Nathan is a specialist in strategic asset allocation, navigating complex markets across multiple asset classes including FX and alternatives. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.
